If the transfer was sent through the application, you can change the data there. The recipient will not be able to withdraw the money if the data in the passport does not match the system.

  • In classic systems (Золотая Корона, UPT, Astrasend, OlmaPay), the transfer is usually available for receipt within 30-90 days. After that, it does not disappear, but returns to the "unclaimed" status - the sender can take it back.

  • Yes, until the transfer is issued to the recipient. The sender can withdraw it at the bank office (where he sent) or through the mobile application.

  • No. The transfer is issued strictly to the person specified in the "Recipient" field, upon presentation of the original document. Receipt by a third party is possible only if there is a notarized power of attorney, which clearly states the right to receive money transfers.

  • Yes, the limits are set by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan (in order to counter money laundering), as well as the internal rules of payment systems. You can check the exact limits for a day/month with the operator at the bank's office or in the support of the application.

  • Make sure that:

    1. The transfer number (KNN) consists of exactly 10 characters and is entered without spaces.

    2. Your full name in the bank's application profile is exactly the same as the sender specified it.

    3. The card to which you are depositing funds is active and not blocked. If everything is correct, but the error remains, contact the bank's support.
