Dear customers, please be informed of changes to the procedure for crediting income on deposits at ANORBANK.
In accordance with Articles 366 and 382 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 1, 2020, income on bank deposits received by individuals who are non-residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan is subject to taxation. (see clause 4.2.7 of the General Agreement)
A personal income tax of 10% will be withheld from the accrued interest on deposits.
The tax is withheld automatically by the bank at the time of income payment.

- Deposits in the bank are guaranteed by the Deposit Guarantee Agency.
- Guaranteed deposits include demand deposits (including funds on bank cards), time deposits, savings deposits, as well as accrued interest on these deposits
- Compensation payment period:
Compensation is paid within 20 business days from the date the decision on the liquidation (closure) of the bank is made.
At the same time:
- from January 1, 2026 — within 15 business days;
- from January 1, 2027 — within 7 business days.i.

Permanent deposit balance is a the minimum amount that should be kept in your account during the term of the deposit.
Deposit setting up requires a passport of a foreign citizen, a temporary residence permit, or a residence permit. In addition, you need to become a client of the bank and receive the card of ANORBANK.
