How much do I need to spend in a month to activate the privileges?
To access premium services, you need to spend at least UZS 10,000,000 (or the equivalent amount in foreign currency) on purchases made with your Visa Infinite card within a calendar month.
Which transactions are included in the calculation, and which are not?
Included transactions:
• Purchases at merchants in Uzbekistan and abroad;
• Online payments (POS and e-commerce);
• Transactions via Uzcard and Humo terminals.
Excluded transactions:
• Cash-related transactions;
• Internal bank transactions;
• Non-cash card-to-card transfers;
• Transactions on the account linked to the card (internet banking transfers, loan repayments, transfers by bank details, P2P transfers, etc.).
Only the total amount spent is taken into account. The number of transactions does not matter.
What happens if funds are returned to the card (for example, a refund)?
The total amount spent for the month will be reduced by the refunded amount.
Does the number of transactions matter?
No. Only the total amount spent is considered; the number of transactions is irrelevant.
How is the spending period calculated?
All transactions made during the 35 days prior to the current date are counted, excluding the most recent 5 days.
For example, if the departure date is December 20, transactions made from November 15 to December 14 (inclusive) are taken into account. Transactions from December 15 to December 20 are not included.
Can I use airport services immediately after the card is issued?
No. Access to airport services becomes available only after the minimum spending threshold has been met.
How can I access the lounge?
Visa Infinite cardholders can access the Anjir Business Lounge using a QR code, which can be generated in two ways: via the Visa Airport Companion app or the AnorPremium chatbot. Both options are integrated with the DragonPass program.
Ways to generate a QR code for lounge access:
Via the Visa Airport Companion app:
1. Download and install the Visa Airport Companion app;
2. Register your Visa Infinite card;
3. Find the Anjir Business Lounge in the list of available lounges;
4. Tap “Walk In” and generate the QR code;
5. Present the QR code at the lounge entrance.
Via the AnorPremium chatbot:
1. Open the AnorPremium chatbot;
2. Select “Visa Travel” → “Airport Lounges”;
3. Check the service availability for your card;
4. Receive your digital membership card;
5. Present the QR code at the lounge entrance.
*How many times can I visit the Anjir Business Lounge per year?
Visa Infinite cardholders are entitled to 6 visits per year.
Important: These visits are counted toward the overall DragonPass annual allowance and do not represent a separate limit specifically for the Anjir Business Lounge.
What is it?
An expedited airport clearance service available at airports in Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Turkey, and across Europe.
How to use Fast Track?
To access the Fast Track service:
1. Register or log in to the AnorPremium chatbot.
2. In the menu, select Visa Travel → Fast Track International (for international flights) or Local Services → Fast Track Tashkent.
3. Choose the country and airport.
4. Click “Get a voucher.”
5. Select the flight type: Departure, International Departure, or International Arrival.
6. Enter the required details and receive a PDF voucher with a QR code for Fast Track.
The service is available only to the Visa Infinite cardholder and does not apply to accompanying persons.
What is it?
A complimentary business-class taxi transfer from Islam Karimov Tashkent International Airport to any destination within Tashkent city, one way.
How to use the transfer?
To use the service:
1. Go to the Taxi Airport Tashkent counter on the first floor of the arrival terminal, near the Main Entrance.
2. Present your Visa Infinite card and inform the staff that you would like to use the complimentary transfer.
3. The card will be validated via a validation terminal. If the benefit is available, the transfer is provided free of charge; if not, paid options will be offered.
*How many times per year can the transfer be used?
Up to 6 times per year for Visa Infinite cardholders.
*Can accompanying passengers be included?
Yes. The transfer accommodates up to three passengers, including the cardholder. You may travel with up to two accompanying passengers, provided the destination is the same.
*What routes are covered?
The complimentary transfer is valid to any destination within Tashkent city, one way.
