TENDER NOTICE: Implementation and Licensing of an EDR Class Solution for JSC "ANOR BANK"

Dear Partners and Potential Contractors,

JSC "ANOR BANK" invites specialized IT companies and system integrators to participate in a tender for the right to conclude a contract for the supply, implementation, and licensing of EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) class software to protect the bank's IT infrastructure.

1. Scope of Procurement and Volumes

The subject of the tender is the comprehensive delivery of a security solution with the following basic parameters:

• Licensing Volume: Licenses for 2000 endpoints.

• Deployment Environment: Support for cross-platform agents for Windows 11, Windows Server 2016-2022, Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu, Rocky), and macOS.

2. Key System Functional Requirements

• Real-Time Monitoring: Full visibility of InfoSec events, tracking of processes, driver loading, registry modifications, disk/memory access, and network connections.

• Response and Investigation: Managed threat hunting by IoC, File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) functionality, network isolation of hosts, and remote artifact collection (Forensics).

• Efficiency: Lightweight agent with no impact on user performance, neutralization of fileless malware, and ransomware.

• Management and Integration: Centralized management console for security policies and direct transfer of logs/telemetry to external SIEM systems.

3. Technical Advantages (Higher Evaluation Criteria)

• Presence of threat detection mechanisms using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) technologies.

• Ability to configure exclusions and Application Control policies.

• Built-in or integrated NDR (Network Detection and Response) functionality for network traffic analysis.

• Ability to seamlessly expand the solution to an XDR platform without replacing current components.

4. Procedure for Submitting Tender Proposals

The commercial proposal must be prepared on the company's letterhead and contain:

1. The cost of licenses for 2000 endpoints and the cost of implementation/support services (including and excluding VAT).

2. Technical description of the solution architecture and requirements for the server infrastructure for deployment.

3. Documents confirming partner status from the vendor, qualification of engineers, and experience in similar implementations within the banking sector.
