Joint Stock Company “Anor Bank” announces a tender for the supply of decorative wall panels made of wood-plastic composite (WPC) for cladding the interior premises of the bank’s administrative building.

1. General provisions

This technical specification has been developed for conducting a tender procedure for the procurement of decorative wall panels made of wood-plastic composite (WPC) for interior finishing of the Bank’s administrative building premises.

The total wall cladding area is 390 (three hundred ninety) m².

The supplied products must be new, unused, and comply with quality, safety requirements and applicable standards.

2. Purpose of procurement

The purpose of this procurement is the acquisition of decorative wall panels for:

improving the aesthetic appearance of the premises;

protecting wall surfaces from mechanical damage;

increasing wear resistance and durability of the interior finishing of the premises.

3. Technical requirements for the product

3.1 Material

Material type: WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) — wood-plastic composite.

Composition: wood flour (or fiber), polymer components and stabilizing additives.

3.2 Panel dimensions (or equivalent)

length: 2600 – 3000 mm

width: 150 – 200 mm

thickness: 8 mm

Supply of equivalent products with similar or improved characteristics is allowed.

3.3 Appearance

decorative surface with wood texture or similar finish;

color — subject to agreement with the Customer;

panels must be free from cracks, chips, deformations and other defects.

3.4 Performance characteristics

The panels must have the following properties:

moisture resistance;

resistance to mechanical impact;

resistance to fungus and mold;

resistance to deformation;

ease of maintenance and cleaning;

long service life.

3.5 Fire safety

The material must comply with fire safety requirements and have a fire hazard class not lower than B1 or equivalent.

4. Scope of supply

The Supplier must ensure the supply of:

WPC panels — for an area of 390 m²;

installation components (fasteners, clips, guides);

decorative elements (corners, end strips, connecting elements — if necessary);

packaging ensuring product safety during transportation.

5. Quality requirements

the products must be new and free from damage;

the supplied materials must comply with environmental requirements;

quality and conformity certificates must be provided upon delivery (if available).

6. Delivery conditions

Delivery shall be carried out to the Customer’s site.

The Supplier must ensure:

proper packaging of the products;

safety during transportation;

delivery in full in accordance with the terms of the contract.

The delivery period shall be determined by the contract terms and agreed with the Customer.

7. Warranty obligations

The warranty period for the supplied products must be at least 12 months from the date of delivery.

8. Qualification requirements for the supplier

Suppliers participating in the tender must meet the following requirements:

Availability of state registration as a legal entity or individual entrepreneur.

Availability of experience in supplying similar products (finishing materials) for at least 1–2 years.

Availability of material and technical capability to supply the products in full.

Absence of outstanding tax liabilities and mandatory payments (if necessary confirmed by documents).

Submission of a commercial proposal indicating:

cost of products;

delivery terms;

warranty obligations.

9. Proposal evaluation criteria

When reviewing the proposals of participants, the following criteria may be considered:

cost of products;

compliance with technical requirements;

delivery time;

warranty conditions;

supplier experience.
