TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION for the supply and installation of fan coil units

1. General provisions

This technical specification is developed for the procurement, supply, and installation of 10 (ten) fan coil units for the air conditioning system in the administrative building of JSC “ANOR BANK”.

2. Subject of procurement

Supply, installation, and commissioning of ducted or wall-mounted fan coil units (to be defined by project design) with an airflow capacity of 700–800 m³/h.

3. Main technical requirements

3.1. Equipment type: fan coil units (two-pipe system according to project design).

3.2. Airflow capacity: 700–800 m³/h.

3.3. Cooling and heating capacity: according to calculations and sufficient for served premises.

3.4. Noise level: not more than 45 dB (at medium speed).

3.5. Power supply: 220 V / 50 Hz.

3.6. Built-in or remote control panel.

3.7. Air filter included (washable and reusable).

3.8. Heat exchanger material: copper tubes with aluminum fins.

3.9. Housing: anti-corrosion coating.

3.10. Condensate drainage system with collection tray.

3.11. Possibility of integration with existing HVAC system.

4. Installation requirements

4.1. Installation must comply with applicable construction standards and regulations.

4.2. Connection to heating and cooling systems.

4.3. Provision of condensate drainage.

4.4. Commissioning and startup works.

4.5. Testing of equipment in all operating modes.

5. Supplier requirements

5.1. Experience in supplying and installing similar equipment.

5.2. Qualified technical personnel.

5.3. Provision of quality and conformity certificates.

5.4. Warranty period of at least 12 months.

7. Delivery time

Delivery and installation period: as agreed by the parties, but not exceeding ___ calendar days from the date of contract signing.
