Subject of the tender: Provision of independent valuation and consulting services regarding the reliable market value of pledged assets.

The purpose of the tender is to select a licensed valuation company to determine the objective and reliable market value of assets pledged as collateral for credit operations within the framework of small and medium-sized business lending.

Key objectives:

Conducting independent valuation of collateral assets (real estate, equipment, motor vehicles, special machinery, and property complexes).
Providing advisory reports on liquidation value determination and analysis of market risks associated with pledged assets.
Preparing conclusions on the recommended market value in accordance with applicable legislation and valuation standards.

Companies meeting the following criteria are eligible to participate in the tender:

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the valuation and consulting services market.
Reputation: Not listed in the register of unreliable suppliers and free from legal disputes that may affect the quality of services.
Personnel: Availability of certified valuers with valid professional qualifications within the company staff.
Banking experience: Previous successful cooperation with banks will be considered an advantage.

Participants must provide the following package of documents:

Commercial proposal (pricing schedule for the valuation of various types of assets and timelines for service delivery).
Company presentation describing experience in similar projects.
Copies of authorization documents (licenses, certificates, accreditations, and insurance policies).
