JSC "ANOR BANK" Announces Tender for the Supply of a High-Performance Computing Server for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and High-Performance Computing (HPC)

Dear Partners and Potential Suppliers,

JSC "ANOR BANK" invites specialized companies to participate in a tender for the supply, installation, and commissioning of a high-performance computing server intended for the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, and High-Performance Computing (HPC) infrastructure.

Project Objective

To enhance the computing infrastructure of JSC "ANOR BANK" for the implementation of artificial intelligence projects, big data processing, analytical modeling, business process automation, and advanced digital services.

Scope of Supply

Supply of an x86-based server computing platform designed for HPC and AI workloads in accordance with the Bank’s technical requirements.

Key Technical Requirements

Chassis and Form Factor

Rack-mounted server for 19-inch standard racks;

Form factor not exceeding 2U;

Rack rails included;

Serviceable architecture allowing maintenance without full removal from the rack.

Processor Subsystem

Minimum 2 x x86-64 processors;

Minimum 64 physical CPU cores in total;

Minimum 128 processing threads;

Support for virtualization and advanced vector instructions.

Memory

Minimum 1 TB DDR5 ECC Registered RAM;

Minimum speed of 4800 MT/s;

Advanced memory reliability and fault-tolerance features.

Storage

Minimum 7 NVMe SSD drives;

Minimum 1.92 TB per drive;

Total usable capacity of at least 13.44 TB;

Hardware RAID controller supporting RAID 0/1/5/6/10.

Networking

Minimum 2 network ports;

Minimum speed of 25 Gbps;

Support for high-speed data transfer technologies for AI and distributed computing.

GPU Accelerators

Minimum 4 GPU accelerators;

Minimum 48 GB memory per GPU;

Minimum 192 GB total GPU memory;

Support for FP32, FP16, BF16 and INT8 computations.

Power and Cooling

Minimum 4 redundant power supplies rated at 2000W each;

Hot-swappable components;

Cooling system suitable for continuous high-load operation.

Management and Monitoring

Dedicated out-of-band management controller;

Support for IPMI 2.0 and/or Redfish;

Remote administration and monitoring capabilities.

Qualification Requirements

Participants must:

• Be legally registered entities;

• Have at least 3 years of experience in supplying enterprise server or data center equipment;

• Employ qualified technical specialists;

• Have manufacturer authorization or partnership status where applicable;

• Have no tax liabilities or legal restrictions affecting contract execution.

References of similar projects;

Warranty and support conditions;

Delivery and implementation schedule.
