JSC “ANOR BANK” Announces an Open Tender for the Manufacturing and Installation of Information Signboards “ATM 24/7”

JSC “ANOR BANK” invites qualified companies to participate in an open tender for the manufacturing and installation of outdoor information signboards for 24/7 self-service zones (smart booths).

1. Brief Technical Specification (General Information)

Project Title: Manufacturing and installation of information signboards bearing the inscription “ATM 24/7”.

Project Objective: To improve the visibility and accessibility of the Bank’s 24/7 self-service zones, making them easier for customers to locate and identify.

Installation Site: Specialized smart booths equipped with JSC “ANOR BANK” ATMs.

Scope of Work:

Development/adaptation of design drawings to match the dimensions of the smart booths;

Manufacturing of high-quality, weather-resistant illuminated or non-illuminated outdoor information signboards displaying the text “ATM 24/7”;

Delivery and turnkey installation of the signboards at the Bank’s smart booth locations.

2. Qualification Requirements for Participants

To participate in the tender, the Contractor must meet the following requirements:

Be a legally registered entity in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Have at least 3 years of experience in the production of outdoor advertising, façade signage, and information panels.

Possess its own production and technical facilities capable of ensuring high-quality manufacturing and timely fulfillment of contractual obligations.

Provide a warranty of at least 12 months for the manufactured structures and installation works.

Demonstrate legal and financial reliability, including:

No ongoing litigation;

No significant tax or other mandatory payment arrears;

Not being listed in the register of unreliable suppliers.

Interested companies are required to submit the following documents:

A commercial proposal with a detailed cost breakdown per unit and for the total quantity, including VAT;

A technical proposal describing the materials to be used, lighting/profile type, and design visualization;

A portfolio of similar completed outdoor advertising/signage projects;

Company registration documents (Certificate of Registration) and licenses (if applicable).
