Scope of Work:

Production of a branded island (stand)

Production of a photo zone

Organization of a card customization area

Installation of LED screens

Production and assembly of gift sets for event guests

Service Delivery Timeline:

Within 1 week from the date of contract signing.

Objective:

Тo organize a branded ANORBANK island at the MAU Brand Awards event.

Requirements for Tender Participants:

At least 2 years of experience in the market;

Availability of qualified specialists;

Availability of own inventory and equipment.

The Commercial Proposal Must Include:

Total cost of services;

Cost breakdown for potential additional works;

List of materials to be used;

Information on experience in executing similar contracts;

Mobilization timeline (start date of service delivery).

Payment Terms:

70% advance payment upon contract signing;

Final payment upon completion of works based on the signed completion certificate and invoice.
