1. General Information and Customer:
• Customer: Joint-Stock Commercial Bank "Anorbank" (JSC "Anorbank").
• Subject of the Tender: Selection of a reliable supplier (official dealer/distributor) for the procurement of computer equipment, laptops, peripheral devices, and components for the needs of the head office and regional network of the bank.
• Place of Delivery: Tashkent city, Head Office of JSC "Anorbank".
2. Main Requirements for the Supplier (Participant):
• Availability of official partner status (authorization) from leading global manufacturers of computer equipment (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, etc.).
• Availability of an official manufacturer's warranty within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan for a period of at least 12–36 months.
• Ability to supply equipment in strict accordance with the requested technical specifications (processor configuration, RAM capacity, storage type, etc.).
• Availability of an owned or authorized service center in Tashkent for prompt warranty and post-warranty service.
• At least 3 years of experience in bulk supply of IT equipment (experience with the banking sector or large corporate clients is an advantage).
• Readiness to deliver within the agreed timeframe and work through the Electronic Document Management (EDM) system.
3. Format of Commercial Proposal Submission:
Participants must submit a document package including:
• Copies of incorporation documents (Certificate of Registration), as well as partner certificates from vendors.
• Detailed Technical and Commercial Proposal: exact models, comprehensive technical specifications of the offered equipment, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
• Price list: unit cost of goods, including all taxes (VAT), customs duties, and delivery expenses to the Customer's warehouse.
• Letters of recommendation or feedback from major corporate clients (if available).
