Procurement Objective: Production of branded corporate merchandise for the Bank's employees as part of the internal motivation and team-building program.

Scope of Work (Lot 2)

1. Sticker Pack – 300 pcs

2. Branded Mouse Pads – 300 pcs

3. Branded Notebooks – 300 pcs

4. Branded Mugs – 300 pcs

5. Employee Passport (Cover/Form) – 300 pcs

6. Stamps – 300 pcs

7. Keychains (Accessories) – 300 pcs

8. Branded Hand Sanitizers – 300 pcs

9. Branded Wristbands – 300 pcs

10. Blanket – 300 pcs

Participant Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in corporate merchandise and printing production

- Portfolio of completed corporate projects

- Ability to apply the ANORBANK logo/branding to all items in the lot

- Ability to provide samples prior to contract signing

- For hand sanitizers: availability of the required compliance certificates

- Compliance with production and delivery deadlines

Evaluation Criteria

- Unit price and total lot price

- Quality of materials

- Production lead time

- Experience working with corporate/banking clients

- Warranty terms

Proposal Format

Commercial proposal indicating the unit price for each item, the total cost of the lot, production lead time, payment terms, and samples/photos of finished products.
