According to the amendments to Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Banks and Banking Activities”, the minimum authorized capital of a bank, starting from September 1, 2023, will be 200 billion soums, and from January 1, 2025, it should gradually reach 500 billion soums.
We inform you that ANOR BANK JSC has a sufficient amount of authorized capital, which is 325 billion soums as of June 1, 2023.
At the same time, we declare that with each stage-by-stage change in the requirements for the minimum size of the bank's authorized capital, ANOR BANK JSC will bring this indicator in line with the above requirements.
