Anorbank clients can now repay their loans with cash through the bank's ATMs without visiting branch offices.

To make loan payments even more convenient and faster, Anorbank has expanded its ATM network functionality. Now, clients can manage their loan repayments independently, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How to Pay Your Loan via ATM: A Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1. Select "Services Payment"
On the main screen of the ATM, press the "Services Payment" button.

• Important: No bank card is required for loan repayment. Payments are made in cash only.

Step 2. Select "Loan Repayment"
From the operations menu, select the "Loan Repayment" option.

Step 3. Locate your loan
To search for your loan, enter one of the following identifiers:

• Loan application number (consisting of 6 to 13 digits, available in the Anorbank mobile app);
• JShShIR / PINFL (14 digits).

After entering the details, press the "Next" button.

Step 4. Select the loan agreement
If you have multiple active loans registered under your name, a list of active agreements will appear on the screen. Select the specific loan you wish to pay.

Step 5. Verify the details
Before inserting cash, carefully verify the following information displayed on the screen:

• Borrower's Full Name;
• Loan number;
• Payment amount;
• Outstanding balance details.

Step 6. Insert cash
Place the banknotes into the ATM's cash acceptor slot.

The ATM accepts banknotes of the following denominations:

• 10,000 UZS;
• 50,000 UZS;
• 100,000 UZS;
• 200,000 UZS.

Please note:

• The ATM does not give change. Any remaining balance will be automatically directed towards your loan repayment.
• You can insert up to 200 banknotes in a single transaction.
• Do not use coins, damaged banknotes, or bills with paper clips, staples, and heavy folds.

Step 7. Confirm the transaction
The ATM will automatically count the inserted cash and display the total amount on the screen. Double-check the info and confirm the transaction.

Done!
The funds will be instantly credited to your loan account.
