The Joint-Stock Company "ANOR BANK" announces to the shareholders about the preferential right

DEAR SHAREHOLDERS!

ANOR BANK Joint Stock Company hereby informs you that the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 30, 2023, under the number P 0916-6, registered the Decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered non-documentary shares (hereinafter referred to as the Decision) in the amount of 75,000,000 pieces with a nominal value 1000 UZS each for a total amount of 75,000,000,000 UZS by closed subscription through private placement.

In accordance with the Decision, the owners of ordinary non-documentary shares entered in the register of shareholders of ANOR BANK JSC, formed on April 6, 2023, have the pre-emptive right to purchase shares from this issue in proportion to the number and type of shares they own.

The period of validity of the pre-emptive right is 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice and is carried out by directly concluding transactions of a civil law nature on the over-the-counter (unorganized) securities market.

Registration of share purchase and sale agreements with shareholders in accordance with the Decision will be carried out through the investment intermediary UNIVERSAL DEPOZIT LLC, at the address: Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, 100007, Mirzo-Ulugbek district, st. A shareholder with a pre-emptive right has the right to fully or partially exercise his pre-emptive right by sending a written application to ANOR BANK JSC on the acquisition of shares, containing the full name, place of residence (location) of the shareholder, the number of shares acquired by him , proof of payment and contact phone number. Such an application must be submitted to ANOR BANK JSC during the period of validity of the pre-emptive right.

Assignment of the pre-emptive right is not allowed.

After the expiration of the pre-emptive right, the remaining number of shares will be sold to Olimov Kaxramonjon Anvarovich.
