The Joint-Stock Company "ANOR BANK" announces to the shareholders about the preferential right

"ANOR BANK" Joint Stock Company hereby informs you that the Resolution of the National Agency for Perspective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 30, 2024 No. P0916-10 on the additional issue of simple and privileged nameless shares (hereinafter referred to as the Resolution) in the amount of 135,000,000 pieces with a nominal value of 1000 soums each, for a total amount of 135,000,000,000 soums by closed subscription by private placement. The price of one share at the nominal value of 1000 sum.

According to the decision, shareholders included in the register of shareholders of "ANOR BANK" JSC, formed on October 10, 2024, have the preemptive right to purchase shares of this issue in proportion to the number and type of shares owned by them.

The validity period of the pre-emptive right shall be 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice and shall be carried out by directly concluding civil law transactions in the non-exchange (unorganized) securities market.

A shareholder with a pre-emptive right has the right to fully or partially exercise its pre-emptive right by sending to "ANOR BANK" JSC a written application to acquire shares containing the shareholder's F.I.O., place of residence (place of location), number of shares acquired by him, payment document and contact phone number. Such an application must be submitted by "ANOR BANK" JSC within the period of the priority right.

The assignment of the right of priority shall not be allowed.

After the expiration of the priority right, the remaining number of shares will be sold to the shareholder Olimov Kaxramonjon Anvarovich (Olimov Kaxramonjon Anvarovich).."
