1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy of the JSC "ANOR BANK" (hereinafter referred to as "ANORBANK") mobile application applies to the information that ANORBANK may receive from the User's device(s) while the User uses the JSC "ANOR BANK" mobile application. ANORBANK makes every effort to ensure the security and confidentiality of the User's data. In this Privacy Policy, we describe how ANORBANK collects, uses, discloses, and protects the information that the User provides to ANORBANK when using our mobile application "ANOR BUSINESSBANK" and/or "ANORBANK" (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"). Please read this policy carefully.
Using the Application signifies the User's consent to this policy and the terms for processing information obtained from the User's device as stated herein. If the User does not agree with it, they must refrain from using the Application.
The Application and the services within the Application are provided to the User based on the Universal Agreement for comprehensive banking services for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs at JSC "ANOR BANK".
2. Information We Collect
2.1. Personal Information:
ANORBANK may collect the following personal information:
- User’s full name
- Date of birth
- Personal Identification Number (JShShIR)
- Identity document details
- Passport series and number
- ID card number
- Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
- Permanent residential address
- Permanent and/or temporary registration address
- Place of birth
- Phone number
- Phonebook contacts list (for auto-filling phone numbers when paying for telecommunication services)
- Email address
- Name of the legal entity or individual entrepreneur
- Legal and mailing addresses
- TIN of the legal entity or JShShIR of the individual entrepreneur
- Other details of the legal entity or individual entrepreneur. Passport data or other personal identification information.
2.2. Financial Information:
To perform financial transactions through the Application, ANORBANK may collect the following information:
- Bank account details
- Transaction information
- Credit history and other financial information
- Deposit information
- In-app purchase data
- Purchase location data
- Data on purchases made using the Application
- Balance and transaction data of cards from other banks that are added to the Application
2.3. Device Information:
ANORBANK automatically collects the following information about the device on which the Application is installed:
- Device model
- Operating system
- Application version
- IP address
- Unique device identifier
2.4. Location Information:
ANORBANK may collect information about the User’s location using GPS and other technologies to provide content related to the current location, as well as to ensure security and location control within banking operations.
3. Use of Collected Information
3.1. ANORBANK uses the information collected about the User to:
- Provide banking services through the mobile application, including transfers, payments, and account management;
- Ensure the security of funds and the User’s account;
- Provide personalized offers and notifications;
- Comply with legal requirements and obligations in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3.2. For the purposes set out in clause 3.1 of this Policy, ANORBANK is entitled to engage partners with whom ANORBANK has entered into appropriate confidentiality agreements to process the information. The transfer of anonymized data on the use of the Application to partners for the purpose of improving the operation of the Application is carried out based on agreements with the partners.
3.3. The information may be stored on the resources of ANORBANK and its partners for the duration of the contractual relationship between ANORBANK and the User, and for 5 years after the termination of such agreements, or for a longer period if such is established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
ANORBANK may disclose information about the User to third parties only in the following cases:
- With the explicit consent of the User;
- When necessary to provide the User with banking products and services through the Application;
- In other cases in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
5. Data Security
5.1. ANORBANK takes reasonable measures to protect the User's data from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. We use modern encryption methods and other technologies to ensure the security of your financial and personal data.
5.2. ANORBANK is not responsible for the disclosure of the User's data to third parties in the following cases:
- Disclosure of data by the User themselves;
- Hacking and/or the presence of vulnerabilities and/or infection of the User's device(s) with malicious software and malfunctions in their operation;
- Other situations beyond the control of ANORBANK, related to disruptions in the operation of the Internet, communication networks, and other external organizations and networks, which resulted in unauthorized disclosure of data.
6. Rights and Control
The User has the right to access their personal information and to update, correct, or delete it. The User may also manage privacy settings in the Application.
7. Changes to the Privacy Policy
ANORBANK reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. The updated version of the Policy will be made available in the Application.
