Start of the extraordinary general meeting of the bank's shareholders - 11.00 hours.

The register of the bank's shareholders eligible to participate in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be compiled on December 26, 2024.

Agenda:

1. On approval of the regulation of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of "ANOR BANK" JSC.

2. On approval of the quantitative and personnel composition of the Accounts Commission.

3. On the payment of dividends, determination of the size, form and order of payment of dividends.

4. On approval of the organizational structure of "ANOR BANK" JSC.
