Terms of Reference

For the Provision of Social Media and Mass Media Monitoring Services

1. Procurement Subject

Provision of services for monitoring social media, online and offline mass media, as well as delivering analytical information on mentions of JSC “ANORBANK”, its products, services, and management.

2. Purpose of Procurement

To ensure timely identification, analysis, and assessment of the information environment surrounding the Bank for effective reputation risk management and preparation of analytical reports.

3. Service Requirements

The service provider shall ensure:

• monitoring of social media (texts, images, videos, and stories);
• monitoring of online media;
• monitoring of offline media (print publications, magazines, television, and radio);
• configuration of at least 7 monitoring topics;
• collection of at least 50,000 mentions/messages per month;
• provision of analytical dashboards;
• search and export of publications based on specified keywords;
• ability to generate reports based on monitoring results;
• archival storage and access to historical data.
