Scope of Work:
1. Installation of optical-electronic threshold smoke fire detectors.
2. Installation of SUZ signaling devices.
3. Installation of manual fire alarm call points.
4. Installation of start-up indication relays.
5. Installation of batteries.
6. Installation of the control and monitoring panel.
7. Configuration of the control and monitoring system.
8. Installation of the operating system and relevant software.
9. Configuration of the addressable fire detection system.
10. Measurement of loop resistance, insulation resistance, and ohmic imbalance.

Service period: 2 months from the date of contract signing.
Purpose of the works: Ensuring fire safety of the Bank’s administrative building.

Eligibility Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant market experience;
• Availability of qualified specialists;
• Availability of own tools and equipment.

The commercial proposal must include:
• Total cost of services;
• Cost breakdown for potential additional works;
• List of materials to be used;
• Information on experience in performing similar contracts;
• Mobilization period (commencement date of services).

Payment Terms:
• 70% advance payment upon contract signing;
• Final settlement upon completion of works based on the signed Completion Certificate and invoice.
