Tender for BTL Project Management and Support Services for the Promotion of the Astrasend Money Transfer Service

The Client invites agencies to participate in a tender for the implementation of a BTL campaign aimed at developing and promoting the Astrasend money transfer service.

Project Objective

To increase brand awareness of the Astrasend service among the target audience, attract new users, and encourage the use of the money transfer service through promotional activities conducted at airports.

Campaign Period

Project duration: 1 month.

Scope of Work

The Contractor shall provide a full cycle of organization and management of the BTL campaign, including:

1. Production and Installation of Promotional Stands

* Development of technical solutions (if required).
* Production of branded promotional stands in accordance with the Client’s brand guidelines.
* Delivery, installation, and dismantling of all promotional structures.

2. Rental of Promotional Space at Airports

* Selection and approval of suitable locations.
* Obtaining all necessary permits and approvals.
* Arranging and managing the rental of promotional spaces for the entire campaign period.

3. Provision and Management of Promotional Staff

* Recruitment, training, and briefing of promoters.
* Ensuring promoter attendance according to the approved schedule.
* Monitoring and controlling the quality of staff performance.
* Providing a project supervisor/coordinator.

4. Production of Advertising and Informational Materials

* Printing of flyers and other promotional handout materials.
* Quality control of production and timely delivery to campaign locations.

5. Operational Project Support

* Coordination of all campaign stages.
* Regular progress reporting throughout the implementation period.
* Photo reports and a final campaign performance report.

Requirements for Participants

* Proven experience in implementing BTL campaigns and promotional activities.
* Demonstrated experience working in airports will be considered an advantage.
* Availability of an in-house promotional team or an established and reliable promoter database.
* Ability to provide end-to-end project execution.

Commercial Proposal Requirements

The commercial proposal should include:

* A detailed cost estimate covering all expense categories.
* Description of the proposed project team.
* Project implementation plan and timeline.
* Portfolio of similar projects.
* Payment terms and conditions.
