TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT

Subject of the tender:
Selection of a contractor to support a BTL project aimed at the development and promotion of card products.
Scope of work:
Development, production, and installation of promotional stands (island-type structures).
Organization and rental of locations at the following sites:
Tashkent City / Tashkent Boulevard;
Magic City;
Forum Alley / Shevchenko Street.
Organization of a dedicated “custom work” zone with two seated workstations.
Development and setup of a photo zone.
Production of branded pouches (if required — according to technical specifications).
Logistical and operational support of the project throughout the campaign.
Campaign duration:
3 (three) months.
Requirements for participants:
Proven experience in implementing BTL projects and promotional activations.
Availability of own production facilities or confirmed partners for manufacturing advertising structures.
Ability to provide full “turnkey” project management.
Submission of a portfolio of completed projects.
Commercial proposal must include:
Detailed cost estimate for each type of work.
Implementation timelines.
Company information and relevant experience.
