1. General Information

JSC “ANOR BANK” announces a tender for the supply of office furniture.

Delivery period: no more than 30 calendar days from the date of contract signing

Condition of goods: new, not previously used


2. List of Furniture to be Procured

2.1. Office desk (1350×700×760 mm) — 13 units

Requirements:

 • tabletop: laminated chipboard (16–25 mm)

 • coating: wear-resistant and moisture-resistant

 • edging: PVC 1–2 mm

 • frame: metal

 • color: white

 • adjustable supports / feet required

2.2. Office desk (1200×600×760 mm) — 5 units

Requirements:

 • tabletop: laminated chipboard (16–25 mm)

 • coating: resistant to moisture and abrasion

 • edging: PVC not less than 1 mm

 • frame: metal

 • color: white

 • adjustable legs

2.3. Office chair — 18 units

Requirements:

 • type: ergonomic office chair

 • mechanism: gas lift + tilt/lock mechanism

 • upholstery: wear-resistant fabric

 • base: five-star base

 • casters: suitable for hard floors

 • armrests: required

 • load capacity: at least 100–120 kg


3. Quality Requirements

 • compliance with quality and safety standards

 • absence of defects and damage

 • reliability and stability of construction


4. Warranty Obligations

 • warranty period: at least 12 months

 • defects must be eliminated at the supplier’s expense during the warranty period


5. Delivery Terms

 • delivery is carried out by the supplier

 • unloading and assembly are included in the price

 • packaging must ensure product safety


6. Acceptance Conditions

 • acceptance by quantity and quality

 • non-compliant goods must be replaced


7.Requirements for Tender Participants

 • registration as a legal entity or individual entrepreneur

 • experience in supplying similar products (preferable)

 • submission of a commercial proposal
