Scope of work:

1. Production of a photo zone and banner stands

2. Installation and dismantling of the photo zone and DJ stage

3. Organization of sound support for the DJ and host (speakers, DJ console, 2 microphones)

4. Sound equipment setup

Service delivery period:

1 week from the date of signing the contract.

Purpose of the work:

To conduct the award ceremony for the winners of the Anor Bonus promotion.

Requirements for tender participants:

• At least 2 years of experience in the market;

• Availability of qualified specialists;

• Availability of own inventory and equipment.

The commercial proposal must include:

• Total cost of services;

• Cost breakdown for possible additional work;

• List of materials used;

• Information about experience in performing similar contracts

• Mobilization period (start date of service delivery).

Payment terms:

• 70% advance payment after signing the contract.

• Final payment is made upon completion of work based on the Completion Certificate and invoice.
