ANNOUNCEMENT OF A COMPETITIVE SELECTION (TENDER) FOR THE PROVISION OF CARGO TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR THE NEEDS OF JSC "ANORBANK"

ANNOUNCEMENT OF COMPETITIVE SELECTION (TENDER)

Subject of the tender: Selection of a transport and logistics company for the provision of cargo transportation services.

1. General Information and Customer:

• Name of the Customer: JSC "ANORBANK".

• Geography of transportation: Tashkent city, Tashkent region, as well as intercity cargo transportation throughout the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (to regional branches and banking service centers).

• Type of cargo: Office furniture, IT equipment (computers, servers), banking equipment (safes, ATMs), archival documents, printing and advertising products.

2. Main Requirements for the Contractor:

• Availability of a valid license to carry out cargo transportation activities by road within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

• Own or long-term leased fleet of vehicles with trucks of various loading capacities (from 1.5 to 20 tons), including vans, tilted trucks, and furniture box trucks.

• Ability to provide qualified personnel for loading, unloading, and rigging works (moving heavy safes and ATMs weighing over 500 kg).

• Mandatory material insurance of the transported cargo during transit.

• At least 3 (three) years of experience in the field of commercial cargo transportation.

• Ability to promptly provide vehicles on a 24/7 basis upon prior request of the customer.

• Readiness to work through the Electronic Document Management (EDM) system.

3. Format of Commercial Proposal Submission:

Tender participants must submit a document package including:

• Copies of incorporation documents of the company (Certificate of Registration, valid licenses).

• Certificate on the status of the vehicle fleet (car models, year of manufacture, loading capacity, availability of GPS monitoring).

• Price list (tariff grid) indicating the cost per 1 km of travel (intercity), hourly rate (within Tashkent), as well as the cost of moving and rigging services.

• Letters of recommendation or feedback from major corporate clients over the last 2 years.
