Since July 1, changes have been made to the universal contract for comprehensive banking services to individuals.
The changes include the addition of the following items:
Section: Terms and Definitions
Remote Account (Cashback Wallet) - a bank account for crediting Cashback, used for accounting of funds in the bank accounts of individuals, managed through RBS systems.
Section 4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties:
4.1.21. To unilaterally make changes to the terms of payment provided as Cashback to the Bank's client. In the case of cancellation of the payment, the previously credited Cashback on this payment shall be canceled.
4.1.22. When the Client passes the Identification and Digital (remote) identification procedures, the Bank shall automatically open remote accounts for the Client (Wallet and Cashback Wallet)
